"It was recommended that the Gove of Hong Kong should be informed that in case the Hong Kong Custodian should cert that the German property was subject to charge and if necessary enforce his clai before the Courts. When the shares had dealt with by the Hong Kong Custodian th German owner should be informed that upo his making application to the German Gov ment for compensation the amount would b credited through the liquidation account Germany as soon as possible. The Hong K Custodian should inform the Clearing Off of the circumstances of the case and adv credit on a special sheet."
